Résidence Hana Joia
A silhouette designed by architect Sou Fujimoto in the Méridia eco-district in Nice: studio to 3-bedroom apartments, a shared terrace and sea views for some units.
THE PROGRAMME — COGEDIM
Architecture by Sou Fujimoto, at the heart of the Méridia eco-district
The Hana Joia residence rises on avenue Simone Veil, in the Nice-Méridia eco-district: 17 floors designed by architect Sou Fujimoto, with a sculptural silhouette inspired by floral and mineral forms. The programme carries the NF Habitat HQE and RT 2012 labels, in a district designed around mixed use, green spaces and planted rooftops.
The apartments, from studio to 3-bedroom units, feature high-end finishes: large-format tiling, fitted kitchen, home automation, and an A2P five-point security door. The residence offers secure underground parking, a fitness room and a shared terrace of around 150 m² on the top floor, with sea views for some units. The Méridia tram stop (line 3) is right outside the residence, 10 minutes from the beaches and the airport.
