Asset Boulevard is the rental investment and new-build property brand of Boulevard Group, a French Riviera real estate group with more than 30 years of local expertise and a founding member of the Côte d'Azur MLS, a network of more than 550 estate agencies.

Based in Nice, Boulevard Group has supported owners, buyers and investors on the French Riviera for more than 30 years. Our in-depth knowledge of the local market — from the districts of Nice to the most sought-after towns along the coast — is backed by a team of 20 experienced professionals.
To meet every need with the right expertise, the group is organised around four complementary brands: Riviera Boulevard for premium sales, Cimiez Boulevard for its roots in Cimiez, Rimiez and Gairaut, Estate Boulevard for rental management, and Asset Boulevard for rental investment and new-build property.
